What type of seating is there on a C-17?

This particular C-17 was configured for troops - so there were jump seats along the sides and about 40 rows of 5 seats in the middle for passengers. We were in full battle gear with weapons, vests, helmets, and packs. You can imagine how crammed we were in those tiny little seats. I didn't budge from the time I sat down until the time I stood up (about 2.5 hours).
